Our intimate company was initially set up with the late Paul Durbin but now consists of 2 partners Hilary Durbin & Gordon Neale.
We have over ten years of experience in property letting in Torbay, with backgrounds which include audit, banking and business advice.

Our preference is to manage residential property within a ten mile radius of the Bay, however we have contacts outside this area. LETCO's emphasis is on maintaining high occupancy of properties we manage. However, our unique approach lies in treating each enquiry as individual and seeking to match the need both of the Landlord and the Tenant. Experience suggests that carefully matching the two has lead to longer more successful relationships. In common with most established letting agencies we offer either a full management service for absent landlords, or a tenant finding service only.
