Potentially anything from a 1 bedroom flat to a large family house, especially desirable properties include:
Those in good decorative order
The preference is towards unfurnished properties
Self contained units with independent utilities including access to telephone
The property should be available for a minimum of 6 months
Properties in a location near amenities and public transport let more easily
